Meet Our Founder: Pearl Tom

Pearl Mokgadi Tom is an Occupational Therapist with a deep love for children and families. Guided by faith and compassion, she founded Zoe Life Academy for Kidz and Stimulation Centre as a place where children are nurtured, families are supported, and values are built from an early age.

Since opening the academy in 2018, Pearl has focused on creating a safe, loving, and inclusive environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. She believes that children flourish best when families feel supported and when care is rooted in love, patience, and purpose.

Pearl is especially passionate about walking alongside parents, offering guidance, reassurance, and encouragement throughout their child’s developmental journey. Seeing children grow, build friendships, and reach meaningful milestones brings her great joy.

Her faith, dedication, and vision continue to shape Zoe Life Academy for Kidz into a true home away from home—where every child is valued, and every family is welcomed.
